Slow Art Day is a global arts movement with a simple mission: help more people learn how to look at and love art.

Interns gain experience building a global arts movement, develop skills in marketing, social media, administration and management, and build their network in the art world.

All internships and volunteer opportunities are conducted remotely, with interns and volunteers participating from all over the world. As such, all candidates will need to be self-motivated and self-disciplined, capable of working with little supervision and under remote guidance. Interns must be available for monthly conference calls and weekly or bi-weekly check-ins with their supervisor. Email is the main mode of communication for our organization, and interns must check and respond to email frequently and promptly. Familiarity with Google Drive or a willingness to learn is required.

As a small non-profit organization, we offer interns the opportunity to quickly advance to positions of responsibility. Interning with Slow Art Day is an ideal opportunity for someone who is ambitious or visionary, who wants to make an impact through arts and social change.
